The Plan
I only have a planning sheet for Chloe this week, I forgot to take a picture of Caitlyn's planning sheet. I think this planning sheet will extend for 2 weeks because of all the things on our schedule this week.
Writing Focus Words
This week our focus words are: and, for, big, run, not, my. Chloe practiced writing some of her focus words on her orange dry erase board. I purchased it from Walmart during the back to school sale. I bought a blue one for Caitlyn too.

- Estimation Jar - for the girls ladybug themed birthday party this weekend, we made an estimation jar filled with "ladybug candies" Cherry cordial hershey kisses. Everyone at the party made a guess after looking at the jar and moving it around but the rule was you couldn't open it. It is amazing how many candies can fit into a small jar. There were 94 candies and the highest guess was 63. It was hard to estimate because of the way that it all fit together inside the jar.
